Her pseudonym, is Cindi Mayweather,an android who falls in love with a human.This is deemed illegal in the futuristic world that they live in so now she is on the run from the law.(who thinks of such things!)
I would describe her as the female Andre 3000 her style is quirky,vibrant and so super SUPER UNIQUE!Just look at the futuristic elements in the video,the theme and concept is so raw and surreal.
